The Scarecrow Knows Fear

Green Lantern is one of my favorite comic book characters, and there’s entire spectrum of lanterns who weaponize light, each based on a different emotion.

With yellow being the color of fear, a yellow ring found its way to Arkham Asylum and bound itself to Jonathan Crane, a.k.a. The Scarecrow. He could then create anything he could imagine to terrorize the citizens of Gotham.
