Marketing Proposals

My main focus at Quackenbush Architects + Planners is to create marketing proposals for prospective clients who are aiming to expand their facility or campus. These are essentially extended resumes of the architects and consulting team, made in direct competition with other architectural firms in the state. These projects can include new construction, renovations, or as-needed contracts.

I would work with civil, mechanical and electrical engineers, landscape architects, fire protection engineers, and other architectural firms in partnered pursuits to collect all relevant information and team resumes. These are delivered within a two-week deadline, and often more than one pursuit is happening at once. This requires extreme attention to detail to assure the correct information is correctly being presented in a visually pleasing and aesthetic way.

I have developed various templates for Quackenbush Architects, and my work has directly contributed to winning new work for the firm.
